Dub or sub is fine as it takes place in America. It is about these kids riley and huey freeman who go around in the fictional suburb of woodcrest, maryland doing “hood” things (thats the best i can describe it). Very good anime, you should search it up to get better decription, also you’ve probably seen it somewhere before
